So who's "right" is more important? To me it is the one that is NOT damaging someone's health. As for banning it in their own car, I'm not for the government telling people what they can or can't do in private property (within reason obviously, I am a fan of murder being illegal on both public and private property). I do see the bans on smoking in police cars or other publicly (tax payer paid, etc.) provided vehicles. That is not their property.
