		<description>I also have the right to breath clean air and not get cancer from second hand smoke, right?  So who&#039;s &quot;right&quot; is more important?  To me it is the one that is NOT damaging someone&#039;s health.

As for banning it in their own car, I&#039;m not for the government telling people what they can or can&#039;t do in private property (within reason obviously, I am a fan of murder being illegal on both public and private property).  I do see the bans on smoking in police cars or other publicly (tax payer paid, etc.) provided vehicles.  That is not their property.</description>
